Our commitments

Guided by social and environmental values, our truffle orchard is committed to sustainable development.

An eco-responsible approach

Our truffle farm follows sustainable management practices.

  • No irrigation: planted on mounds, the truffle oaks resist frost while collecting rainwater.
  • Wood chip compost: BRF (Ramial Chipped Wood), from oak pruning, is used by local farms.

Ecological transition

Our plantation was designed with today’s and tomorrow’s environmental challenges in mind.

  • Soil preservation: our soils are compacted and tilled in a reasoned manner to preserve underground life.
  • Carbon sink: once mature, our 4,820 oaks will store over 150 tons of CO₂ per year.

Territory preservation

Based in Indre-et-Loire, we are committed to enhancing the appeal of our rural region.

  • Job support: by creating employment, our commitment is also social.
  • Territorial dynamics: we work in synergy with local stakeholders.
